How It Works:

1. Shop Online: Browse our website and add your favourite products to cart.
2. Select Click & Collect: At checkout, choose the 'Pick Up' option.
3. Wait for Notification: You'll receive a 'Ready for Collection' email once your order is prepared.
4. Pick Up In-Store: Bring your confirmation email and valid photo ID to collect your order.

Important Information:

• Most orders are ready for collection within 1 business day, subject to stock availability.
• You'll be notified as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming in.
• If your item is delayed due to supplier or stock issues, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
• Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification.
