Warranty Claim Form

At Aussie Baby, we offer a diverse range of products, many of which include manufacturer-provided warranties against defects. The product you purchased is covered under the terms specified in the manufacturer's warranty, as displayed on or provided with the product.

For valid claims, Aussie Baby will repair or replace the product at no additional charge. Please note, this warranty does not cover defects resulting from post-purchase damage, neglect, abuse, or incorrect installation. Transportation costs to our store location are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under this law. A refund will only be considered if Aussie Baby is unable to provide a replacement unit.

To expedite the process, kindly provide a detailed description of the fault. Including photos or a short video demonstrating the issue will assist us in resolving your claim promptly.
